We have watched a lot of Voyager on this podcast and we have now finally found the perfect word to describe these episodes: basic. These are all as basic as basic gets for this franchise. And for the culmination of this journey, we get a two-part episode celebrating this show's basic-ness. Yay? Who knows, maybe this first part will set up something special for a change.
